Creating Vibrant Health

The art of healing is a constant balance between attending to the physical body, the mental body and subtle influences or energetics.  I believe that natural therapies assist the individual who is ready to create change within themselves. Ayurveda encompasses all aspects of life.

Elizabeth is an Ayurvedic Practitioner educated at Minnesota Institute of Ayurveda, 2020-2023.  Focusing on inherent qualities of her clients, her goal is to serve their highest potential and self-enhancement with diet, herbs and lifestyle. With 14 years immersed in the natural health industry, she has completed numerous trainings regarding full body wellness. As an herbal apprentice in the Pacific Northwest (2010), she became knowledgable about the unique actions of plants as food medicine and has used them extensively therafter. Elizabeth regularly assists others with common complaints and ailments - food as medicine is her specialty.  Her knowledge about supplements, vitamins and herbs, when needed, is extensive. *note: Elizabeth does not give medical dietary advice and may be considered alternative by some licensed dietary consultants.

Also a lifelong artist, Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from University of Kansas, Lawrence (2002).  She has taught adults and mentored children in the creative process. Most recently enhancing her practice in international artists residencies, she explored artistic practice through time, meditation and painting. Her work explores themes of animism and spirit of place.  Elizabeth has exhibited in independent galleries, studios and small businesses in cities and towns where she has lived over the years.
